This place suits me perfectly! The seasonal outdoor pool, fitness centre, and excellent 24-hour reception provide everything I need. I still remember how the staff offered me a hot drink on my first stay. I highly recommend it!

Everything was very good, top-class hotel, the location was marvellous really close to an extensive garden area landscaped with various trees, the beach and shopping and cafes and bar/restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed to spend 3 days in our well-equipped a double room with WiFi and panoramic views of the Atlantic, for example...

Everything is prepared to go with small children and have a great time in all the activities there. Recreation teachers are very good and they connect very well with the little ones. We loved playing with our kids in the spaces created for them and also watching them play with other kids. The gastronomy theme is very good in quality and at a reasonable price. The breakfast is really good. I used the spa service and it was excellent too.

Theme indoor pool has little capacity for the number of people who can host and use the pool and schedule of 17 hs is very short, you could stretch 1 hour. the external covered pool is very good but you have to pass a little cold to get there. You could improve that point. room lights could not be turned off centrally as if it happened all the times I was in the hotel and it would be good that the light does not filter through the black out curtain.

The rooms are big and silent with a great view, everything is very good.

Parking is charged separately and is very expensive. hours of the spa pool are very reduced for children and heated outdoor pool is very poor and has poor access when it is cold... eye families with children, if the indoor pool is a differential when booking, I would find another option more functional and better times. air conditioner in the room was not working, wherever you put it, it always threw out the same air temperature. Comfortable beds, spectacular breakfasts, four different types of swimming pools, valet parking with large garages, ten point staff, very convenient children's room, very bright in all rooms and lounges. Nice gymnasium included with sea view! You have hot water dispensers on the odd-numbered floors (in the stairwell office). Comfortable and wide access with the car.

The garage is not included in the price. The wifi is disconnected only after 24 hours and you have to identify yourself again every day. The tvs do not have digital channels, only the classic 65 channels, I recommend to take chromecast to see Netflix at night because they are not smart, but even if you take it you will not be able to connect to internet by its system of portal of access to internet. The breakfast start time is 8:30 and sometimes one would like to have breakfast earlier, as before procedures, not to mention that they can bring you breakfast in bed because they charge you one more breakfast.

The attention when we arrived was regular, in the reservation I had asked to join the two twin beds since we were traveling in pairs, but when we arrived at the room they were separated. At the reception they didn't tell us that they were going to give us a room with two beds, so they didn't give us the option to change to a room with a double bed. We were also not told where the pool and spa were. As soon as we entered we were stopped by the guard at the entrance asking if he could help us as if we were in the wrong place because we were young. The hotel seems to be neglected, as it requires a remodeling especially since I paid the amount I did. We paid for the use of the spa and were told that there was a Jacuzzi pool with 30 degrees water, and when we entered it was cold and with the hydromassage turned off. When I turned it on, it was almost not working. Anyway, it left a lot to be desired considering the amount paid, since it is the details that make the difference in these cases.

All staff super attentive. For kindness they should stand out. . . The playroom nannies love people and are very affectionate with the children. Staff at the entrance, excellent. . Same for the reception, breakfast and spa staff.

I did not like that being a 5 star hotel, which is located in Mar del Plata, where people vacation at any time of year, did not meet certain basic services for the family for example: theme pools or the room of children's games . This service of playroom, only counted on personal terciarizado the days Saturday and Sunday. So I could not relax the rest of the week, because there was no one to take care of them and an adult had to be there with them, so the rest was relative. It would have been the same to hire a lower category hotel. I was disappointed that there were three pools and I could only enjoy using one of them with my family until 2 pm, and I had no option to use it after that time with my children, because you sell it as a spa service. I understand that even though you may not consider it is a time of the year for all the services to be working, I would suggest that you modify these conditions, since there were many families who were in the same situation and were in the same line of complaint. As a hotel of this quality still has small beds, it never happened to me that in a hotel of this category, they do not have a big bed at least for the adults. We slept that week quite uncomfortably. The light in the rooms is sad and very dim. I felt that I paid too much, with respect to the services I had, as well as the comforts.

The pool area was fantastic. We loved the beautiful surroundings of Bahía Playa Grande, and our room offered an very nice city view. The corner suite was a luxurious treat.

For dads, it would be great to see more activities for children in the playroom.
